为提升安全性与合规性，Golden Software 分别在 2022 年 1 月 10 日和 2023 年 1 月 1 日升级了存放所有产品密钥许可的服务器。这两次升级使较老的产品版本无法再与激活服务器通信，从而无法在线激活、更新或停用许可。
Golden Software 已为 Surfer、Grapher、Strater、License Administrator 与 License Manager 的所有产品密钥版本发布了对应更新。要保持无需联系客服即可激活 / 停用的能力，请安装如下最低版本：
- Surfer —— 24+、23.4、22.3、21.3、20.4、19.4、18.3、17.3、16.8
- Grapher —— 20+、19.4、18.4、17.6、16.9、15.5、14.6
- Strater —— 5.9
- License Administrator —— 3.1、4.1+
- License Manager —— 9.7+
更新 Surfer / Grapher / Strater：点击 File | Online | Check for Updates，或参考在线下载我的软件从 My Account 下载。
更新 License Administrator：在授权服务器上打开 License Administrator → Settings → 点击 Check for program updates。
不更新的情况
如果您选择不更新，则只能通过离线激活方式激活，且停用只能通过 My Account 在线进行。参考资源：
